Britney Spears’s mom reportedly contacted the singer after her recent DUI arrest. A report claimed that the mother-daughter duo allegedly had a “hopeful” and “positive” conversation. For those unversed, the 44-year-old was arrested on Wednesday night on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was released the next day. Sources reported that the diva has not met any family members in person since her release.

Britney Spears and her mom reportedly had a “positive” conversation after the singer’s DUI arrest. Sources close to her family told TMZ that Lynne Spears reached out to her daughter to know if she was doing well. After being released from custody, the bombshell’s mother showed her support to her child via a call.
Furthermore, the report stated that Lynne called Britney immediately when the former learned about the DUI arrest. According to the outlet’s insider, the pop star’s mom and family have reportedly been praying for the artist and her well-being. Despite their complicated past relationship, things between Britney and his mother have allegedly improved after they met in May 2023.

Since then, the duo has reportedly been speaking on the phone. They might make plans to meet soon, as Lynne has said to have offered to visit her daughter. Aside from the parent, Britney’s sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, have also contacted the singer.
Meanwhile, Britney’s representative told NBC4 Investigates that the DUI incident was “unfortunate” and “completely inexcusable.” They mentioned that the “Criminal” hitmaker would reportedly follow the “right steps” and cooperate with the law. “Hopefully, she can get the help and support she needs during this difficult time,” they said.
Furthermore, the rep also stated how her family has seemingly been supporting her during this time. “Her boys are going to be spending time with her. Her loved ones are going to come up with an overdue needed plan to set her up for success for well being,” they added.
