Jessica Alba and her ex-husband, Cash Warren, have reportedly finalized their divorce, and the former couple has allegedly come to a custody agreement. The “Honey” actor reportedly filed for divorce from the film producer back in February 2025, in a court in Los Angeles County.

With the alleged divorce finalization, the ex-couple ended their sixteen years of marriage. The two celebrities share three kids together: seventeen-year-old daughter Honor Marie, fourteen-year-old daughter Haven Garner, and eight-year-old son Hayes Alba.

Per the news outlet, the divorce between ex-couple Jessica Alba and Cash Warren has been finalized. They have also reportedly finalized their custody agreement. As reported by the news outlet, the court documents indicate that the actor and the film producer will share joint legal and physical custody of all three of their kids.

In the meantime, after news of Jessica Alba and her ex-husband Cash Warren’s split surfaced, the actor confirmed their separation on Instagram. She penned on the social media platform, “I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years.” The actor continued, “Both as an individual and in partnership with Cash.”

After that, she expressed, “I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years.” She then revealed, “And it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.” Jessica Alba further wrote, “We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family.” “Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time,” the actor also added.
