Martha Stewart has entered a zen state.
The lifestyle mogul, 85, shared a selfie on her Instagram of herself soaking up the joys of summer, clad in a black swimsuit, bathing in a grand, bubble-filled hot tub in Maine. She completed the post, shared on Tuesday, Aug. 4, with a thoughtful caption.
āI am going to use this amazing hot tub every single day I am in Maine Invigorating restorative Therapeutic relaxing portrait by @hannahcmilman,ā she captioned her scenic shot.

In the photo, Stewart gazed at the camera wearing a chic, black one-piece swimsuit with her signature blonde locks swept behind her ears and out of the water. The hot tub is set within a grand, resort-style pool surrounded by the natural beauty of Maine.
The Elm Biosciences co-founderās stunning swimsuit photo quickly drew a wave of admiration, as fans flooded the comments with praise for the lifestyle icon.

In this weekās cover of PEOPLE, Stewart invited us to her 156-acre Bedford, N.Y., farm, where she reflected on all sheās created ā and whatās still left on her never-ending to-do list, having recently checked off her home intelligence app Hint.
She has authored 102 cookbooks, opened restaurants in Las Vegas and Connecticut and, at age 81 in 2023, became the oldest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover star. āI worked out for three whole months,ā she said. Plus she has a new skincare line, Elm Biosciences, and partnerships with Kohler, Skechers and Miracle-Gro.
Stewart also opened up about her appearance at age 85, and what she does to maintain her looks.

āI have good genes,ā she tells PEOPLE. āMy mom looked great at 95. We eat well. We donāt drink very much. We donāt smoke. We eat healthy food. We exercise daily. I horseback-ride.ā
As for cosmetic procedures, Stewart was an open book.
āI go to Dr. Dan Belkin in New York City. He is a very superb dermatologist. And I use a little bit of fillers. I go maybe once every four months for touch-ups,ā she shares. āI have not had any plastic surgery at all. I donāt think I need it. I do facial exercises and have the best facials from Mario Badescu and Georgia Louise.ā
āPeptides are very good. I take a few peptides,ā she continues. āSo thatās what I do. Iām more a maintenance kind of person. Iām not getting boobs done and hips and butts and stuff like that.ā
