Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend, Vittoria Ceretti, had a role in Friday's opening ceremony of the 2026 Olympics in Italy.

Ceretti, who is Italian, was part of a group of dozens of women who strutted across the stage in suits by the late, iconic designer Giorgio Armani. They wore the garments in either white (like Ceretti), red, or green, in honor of the country's official colors.

Her place was in the back of the pack, as she carried and presented the Italian flag. (Singer and model Carla Bruni had the same honor when the event was held in the country in 2006.)

Ceretti, who wore a white dress, displayed the same model gait as she's used in runway shows. She's been an ambassador for brands including Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Alexander McQueen, and Tiffany's and has appeared on the cover of different versions of *Vogue* 24 times, according to the magazine.**

Ceretti, 27, has dated the *Once Upon a Time in Hollywood* actor, 51, for years, with the two first linked in August 2023, when they were seen together in Santa Barbara, Calif.

The *Wolf of Wall Street* star and Ceretti have been spotted on multiple getaways around the world. She's said that they met in Milan.

His current love interest has also said, without mentioning his name, that she has had to adjust to dating "one of the most desired people in the world."**

"It's something you learn," she told the April 2025 edition of France's *Vogue*.

She continued, "If what you're experiencing is real, if you know you love each other, then there's no reason to be alarmed. Because love protects and gives confidence."**

DiCaprio is known for dating models, including a pre-Tim Brady Gisele Bundchen, from 2000 to 2005. Other supermodels he romanced in the past are Bar Refaeli, with whom he was coupled up from 2005 to 2011 (although there was a breakup); Toni Garrn in 2013; and Erin Heatherton in 2011.
