"Transformative and remarkable ": Kam Saunders breaks silence on Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding

Kam Saunders is looking back fondly on attending Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding in New York City.

Kam Saunders, 34, who danced alongside Taylor Swift during her record-breaking Eras Tour, attended the couple’s star-studded ceremony at Madison Square Garden on July 3.

In conversation with Entertainment Tonight at the Variety Power of Young Hollywood 2026 event in Los Angeles on Aug. 5, Kam Saunders spoke about the wedding.

“Remarkable. Remarkable. That’s really the only word I can say about it. Just transformative and remarkable. I’m happy to be a part.”

Kam Saunders was part of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour, which began in March 2023 until its end in December 2024. He became a common sight among the fan base and regularly performed with the artist as part of the huge concert tour.

When asked about his experience, the dancer told ET:

"I was just explaining to a friend of mine that life and my approach to my art has changed because of all of the visibility that this has brought me. I'm happy to be a part of things like this because of it."

Meanwhile, he was also present for several memorable moments involving Kelce, including the NFL star’s surprise appearance onstage during Swift's London shows in 2024.

Given his close working relationship with the Fearless singer, the backup dancer was one of the celebrities who attended their wedding. Yet, he has kept quiet regarding the celebration despite being asked questions.

The dancer previously offered fans one small glimpse into the event by revealing his wedding outfit the day after the celebration.

A glimpse into Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, both 36, have kept much of their wedding celebration private despite the high-profile guest list. Only small glimpses and word-of-mouth accounts about the wedding have been revealed so far, while the pair hasn't confirmed anything.

Per reports, it was revealed that comedy icon Adam Sanders, who is a close friend of the newlyweds, officiated the wedding.

Paul McCartney, also a friend of Swift, reportedly performed I Wanna Hold Your Hand at the reception. Stevie Nicks was reported to have taken the stage as well to serenade the couple.

Meanwhile, social media page Deuxmoi revealed that the star-studded reception had a late-night karaoke session.

"Sources tell Deuxmoi that the Taylor Swift & Travis Kelce wedding celebration allegedly featured late-night karaoke with Ciara, Sabrina Carpenter, Kesha, The Chainsmokers, Avril Lavigne, and Tate McRae, while Paul McCartney and Stevie Nicks reportedly performed."

The account went on:

"Guests feasted on everything from steak to donuts. We're also told Taylor walked down the aisle to a romantic instrumental version of 'Love Story,' which explains the 'Bridgerton' inspired reference in our previous post."
