Zendaya is warning you: Prepare for one last wild *Euphoria* ride.
Four years since its second season ended, the provocative HBO drama is finally set to return . And on Monday's *The Drew Barrymore Show*, the host asked Zendaya if she thought *Euphoria*'s upcoming third season would also be its last.
"I think so," she answered. When Barrymore responded "I almost need to know the mind frame [before watching]," the *Drama* star cut her off by adding that "closure is coming.”
It's been widely assumed that *Euphoria *would be wrapping this year, considering how big and in-demand its cast — which includes Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, and Jacob Elordi — has become. Last year, HBO executive Francesca Orsi said that she doesn't think "anything is over until it's over," but that it had been "discussed that this is the end."
More recently, the head of HBO, Casey Bloys, wouldn't definitively rule out a future for the show. "We need find out what [creator] Sam [Levinson] is thinking, what he wants to do creatively, with the show, with his life," Bloys said. "So that'll be a conversation with him."
If *Euphoria* is finished, then it'll help Zendaya clear her jam-packed schedule. *The Drama* is in theaters, *Euphoria *season 3 premieres April 12, and the remainder of her 2026 includes the releases of *The Odyssey*, *Spider-Man: Brand New Day*, and *Dune: Part Three*.
"After this, I'm disappearing for a little bit," she recently declared, throwing up the peace out sign. "I'm gonna have to go into hiding."

Before doing so, she's reflecting on how much her Emmy-winning run as Rue Bennett has meant to her. "*Euphoria* cracked my heart open," she told Barrymore. "Rue taught me so much about life. I owe so much to that show. Rue taught me so much about empathy and redemption. I'm very grateful for all of it.
*Euphoria* season 3 premieres Sunday on HBO.
